This was an unofficially-produced figure of the fan-created mascot of Mozilla Firefox. It came in the Japanese magazine NetRunner, and is therefore in limited quantities. It can still be found readily available on Ebay for 25-40 US dollars.
The figure itself is pretty detailed for an unauthorized magazine freebie, and seems to be of good quality. Mine has no noticeable marks or paint chips, at all. The only problem is the stand, which seems to have a tendency to break, as mine and a few other people's did. The little peg that sticks into her foot breaks off. Otherwise a great figure, and recommended to any Firefox or OS-tan fan.
In the second image, she is shown holding the Thunderbird-ko figure that came with it. Thunderbird is another Mozilla open source program.
